个人简介

李玉芹,博士,教授,博士/硕士生导师,湖南省青年骨干教师,湖南省农林食品教指委委员,湖南省食品科学技术协会常务理事,国家公派华盛顿州立大学访问学者,bevictor伟德官网韶峰学者学术骨干。现为国家基金委化学部通讯评审专家、博士后科学基金通讯评审专家,湖南省自然科学基金评审专家,湖南省科技奖励评审专家,广西科技奖励评审专家,湘潭市科技专家,湘潭市工业新兴优势食品产业链专家。主要研究方向为天然产物功能因子及功能性食品,先后主持国家和省部级项目20余项。指导10余名研究生获得国家奖学金、湖南省优秀硕士论文、bevictor伟德官网研究生校长特等奖等奖项。在Chem. Eng. J、Food Res. J、J. Agric. Food Chem、Bioresource Technol、Int J Biol Macromol、Algal Res、J Food Biochem、Curr Med Chem、Amino Acids、Mol Biotechnol、Pharmazie、Biotechnol Lett、World J Microb Biot等刊物发表论文50余篇,获中国授权发明专利13项,湖南省高等教育省级教学成果奖1项,参编教材1部。
